ADMINISTRATION FEE

Standard administration fee is $50 before September 1st, before October 15th $100+$50 and before December 1st 50% of registration + $50.  Requests for refunds will not be accepted after November 30th.

 

Refund Process for London Bandits

Refunds: 

Should your child decide they no longer want to play, it is the responsibility of the parent to contact the registrars immediately for a refund request. Please note that after September 30th an insurance fee of $50 applies as well as a $75 administration fee for issuing a refund.

 

Refunds will not be granted for games lost due to injuries, illnesses or other similar reasons.

 

Requests for refunds will not be accepted after November 30th. All refunds are processed by cheque. Refunds will take 4-6 weeks from acknowledged receipt of request for processing and administration.
