Notice from LMHU - Covid-19
The London Middlesex Health Unit has asked that we let all teams involved in the Dan Pulham Tournament know that there was possible Covid-19 exposure. Unless you have been personally contacted by the London Health unit or the Health unit in your city you are NOT considered a close contact.

Dear players and coaches who attended the Dan Pulham Tournament in London Dec 3-5, 2021, The Middlesex-London Health Unit is investigating positive COVID-19 test results for individuals related to the Dan Pulham Tournament.

*If you have received specific instructions from the Middlesex-London Health Unit or another public health agency to isolate because you are COVID-19 positive or have had a high-risk exposure to a confirmed case of COVID-19, please disregard this letter.

You and your family are not close contacts. No one needs to self-isolate or get tested at this time, and you do not need to contact the Health Unit. However, we recommend that you monitor you and your family for the most common symptoms of COVID-19, such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste/ smell.
• If you, your child or anyone in your household has or develops COVID-19 symptoms we recommend getting a COVID-19 test.
• If a member of your family starts to show any COVID-19 symptoms, everyone in your household who is not fully vaccinated (i.e., 14 days after second vaccine) must now isolate (this means not attending work, school or childcare) until a negative test result for the person with symptoms is received.
