Tournament Scheduling Policy
We understand that participants may have individual scheduling preferences or conflicts. However, due to the complexity of organizing a fair and balanced tournament for all teams, we are unable to accommodate special time requests.
All game times are assigned based on competitive balance, logistical requirements, and venue availability. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us run a smooth and successful event for everyone involved.
All team accommodations must be booked through HTG Sports. A link will available on your team self-management page when your registration has been accepted.
REFUNDS FOR WITHDRAWALS
Refunds may be provided to teams, depending on the date of withdrawal, relative to the first scheduled game of the tournament.
- 60 days or more: Full refund, less a $50 administration fee
- 30 - 50 days: 50% refund UNLESS a suitable replacement team can be found, in which case a 75% refund will be available*
- 29 or fewer days: 0% refund UNLESS a suitable replacement team can be found, in which case a 50% refund will be available*
*Full refunds are not available for late withdrawals even when a replacement team is found, since those replacement teams are usually offered a discounted rate
