Second Season Begins
Okay... Season #1 was a bit of a bust; but tonight everything starts anew with the Playoffs, not to be mistaken for the Playdowns which will follow, or with Play Dough, which is something I have (believe it or not) in my office (feel free to ask me, and I'll TRY to explain).
Now the Black Bandits play 9 games, three against each of our across-town rivals to determine seedings for the next round (those infamous Playdowns), to determine who goes to which pool of provincials, to determine who goes on to become legends and future stars in Huff & Puff hockey some 50 years hence. (Time flies when you're losing hair).
The good news is that we're starting this season like we started last season: tied with EVERYBODY. Let's see if we can start putting some check-marks in the win column and punch our ticket to eternal glory... or at least bragging rights 'til next year.
