Welcome to the 2025-2026 Season Registration for the London Bandits Hockey Association. Please follow the steps below to complete your registration quickly and easily.

Step 1: Account Setup

Create/Update Your Hockey Canada Account:
Use our new registration portal via
Spordle to create or update your account. Make sure all required fields and documents are up-to-date.
Step 2: Upload Required Documents
- Birth Certificate or Proof of Live Birth: (Health cards are not accepted.)
- Proof of Residency: (Government-issued ID or utility bill showing your full address.)
- Residential Move Form: (If your address has changed since your last registration.)
Step 3: Payment Details
Registration is not complete until both payment and the required paperwork are received. We offer two payment options:

Online Credit Card Payment: Use our secure payment portal.

E-Transfer: Email your child’s name and birthdate to Michelle Drown - Treasurer.
Payment Plans: Please refer to the appropriate plan below:
For HL and BB (U10+)
- 20% Due at Registration
- June 20th
- July 18th
- Aug 20th
- Sept 19th
Note: Late registrations (after August) will have limited payment plan options and may incur an additional fee.
Mandatory Course(s) for HL & BB

Parent Respect in Sport: Complete this mandatory online course at
Respect in Sport.
Post-Program Instructions
After completing the program, please follow these steps:
- Log in using your username and password.
- Click “Profile” (located in the upper left corner).
- Select “Child Management” and add any children not currently shown on your profile.
- Under your profile, select GLHA and add London Bandits as your organization.
Important Notes:
- There is a fee for this program, but families with multiple children only need to complete it once.
- This course is mandatory for both coaches and parents.
- It helps protect all members and promotes a respectful and safe environment.

Important Eligibility Notice:
In accordance with GLHA regulations, players will not be eligible for release to other GLHA associations
unless they are first registered with the London Bandits for both tryouts and league play.
You must be registered to participate in BB tryouts. GLHA boundary rules apply to all players trying out
for the BB program.
Family Discount: A $150 discount is applied for the third child, and for each subsequent child an additional $50 is discounted.
Administration Fee – Refund Process
Registration fee minus $55.00 administrative fee until September 1st.
Registration fee minus $100.00 cancellation fee, plus the administrative fee of $55.00 until November 1st.
After November 1st, there will be no refunds.
Registration Dates & Price Increase
Registration will open across the Greater London Hockey Association as of June 1st.
Prices will increase by $75.00 after August 1st.
Final Reminders
- Registration is processed on a first-come, first-served basis – register early to secure your spot.
- Your registration is only confirmed when all required documents and payments have been received.
- If your child qualifies for a subsidy (e.g., Jumpstart, Kidsport, Dream Catcher), please contact a registrar before completing registration.

- When you register for London Bandits, you and/or your child agree to be added to our mailing list. This list is an important tool that allows us to keep you informed with urgent emergency updates and exciting promotional news about the London Bandits Hockey Association. We are committed to safeguarding your information and will use it solely for these purposes. If you ever wish to adjust your communication preferences, please contact our support team.
- All payment plans must be completed by November 20th. Failure to do so may result in a temporary suspension of your child’s on-ice privileges.
