Dry-land Training TPH Training Centre Western Fair
I am happy to announce that the boy’s first Dry Land Practice/Training session will take place on
Tuesday December 18th at 745pm-845pm.
The sessions will be run by instructors at TPH Training Centre in the basement of the Western Fair Sports Centre.

10 minutes early,
parents may need to accompany their son to the first session just in case a waiver needs to be filled out …I’m trying to find out for sure and will let you know. They need to bring/wear:
Water bottle
T shirt
Shorts/sweatpants
Running shoes (must be different from shoes they arrive in….wear boots and change into running shoes there)
