This would be dedicated to an IP coach that shows compassion, love for the game, dedication and the ability to care for and help children improve their skills as hockey players.

This award recognizes a longstanding volunteer from the Organization of the London Bandits. It can be any member, from Board Members to volunteers within the organization. A team Manager, a team rep or a coach who goes out of their way to help as many people as possible. They reach out to help others when asked and they volunteer their time without hesitation and ensure that our players are well served.

The winner of this prestigious award is for a coach, volunteer or Board member who best displays the following criteria: instills and exhibits good ethical and moral principles through positive behavior and sportsmanship, demonstrates an unconditional commitment to all players and the growth of the sport, volunteers with numerous aspects of the program, and displays an outstanding dedication to the Association and its members.
