Annual General Membership Meeting Today!
Hello Members,
You will be receiving a new voting link for today's event, as I was made aware last night that there was some technical issues with the one I sent out. The new link was sent this morning along with an email. You will receive them both. Some key points for todays' events. Must open 2 links, our event will open at 10 am for traffic purposes, meeting will start at 11 am.
All members will be muted, you may speak through the Question and Answers and or chat and one of our members will allow you to speak at the right time.
NOMINATIONS:
Members must be present at the meeting or must have submitted to both Robert and Luisa their bio for today prior to the meeting. Or their nomination will be null and void.
Candidates will have the opportunity to do their 2 minute speech before we vote.
Candidates may stand for other positions if they don't receive their first choice.
Again all nominations from the floor need to come through Question and Answer and the moderator will acknowledge these.
