City of London Arena Covid Protocols:
1) Everyone MUST complete the health survey, with the Javelin app, prior to arriving at the arena, or bring in a waiver for every ice time.(further info will come from your child's coach) The "Javelin" App will handle health screening and contact tracing. To get started, download the app for free on your Android or iOS device. Alternatively, you can find it on the app store or play store listed under "Javelin".
Please watch this 2 minute demo on how to fill in the pre-game wellness check.

2) Before every ice time we will gather outside of the arena, with masks and social distancing, to make sure every player has completed and passed the Javelin App's process.
3) The City of London will have a greeter/screener at the entrance to the arena.
4) We are to enter the arena, as a team, only 15 mins prior to the ice time, so please come dressed. Bags are allowed.
Note: If a player is not with the team upon entrance, the arena staff may not allow the player to enter.
5) There is a limit of up to 10 players per dressing room and players are to maintain distancing in the rooms
6) We have only 15 minutes after our ice time to depart the arena.
7) Currently, any parent/guardian that enters the arena to assist their child in getting ready will be screened at the door and must pass the screening questions in order to enter the arena. Once their child is ready, and the child is on the ice they need to leave the arena. They will be able to enter at the end of the ice time to assist again if needed. This is to change October 19th and 1 spectator per child is to be allowed.
8) Players are to bring their own water bottle and jersey.
9) Masks must be worn inside the arena at all times unless your helmet is on. A traffic flow is also attached.
Please be advised that at any point in time, our return to play program may be augmented, paused or halted by our local health unit and/or provincial government as we navigate through this pandemic. As we receive further direction to our return to play program, we will do our best to communicate this to our families at our earliest convenience.
Stay healthy and safe.
