Parents" Before you head to the rink" - Please read
Submitted By Luisa Gould on Wed 10 14, 20
Hello Parents:

We have been advised by the city of London that they are asking parents to have this form pre- filled out before coming to the rink with their child, this help will ensure that the covid tracing lines are shorter.  All Adults 16 and older will be traced by the Rink officials, the Covid Javelin app is for coaches, players.  Please remember that siblings and younger children count in the numbers at the door.

As well our Javelin app is rather new, we are also suggesting having this form filled out for your child in case the app is not working
