Important Information Regarding Season
The London Bandits Board met last night, and it was decided that due to the latest announcement of a continued lockdown that we will providing all our members refunds at this time.   If the lockdown gets lifted and moved back to a red level for the city of London, we will be offering an one time fee ( i.e. $13/skates per remaining weeks) type of program which will be collected through e-transfer through our website for all our members who were registered in our first half of the season.  We will run a development type of program with skills and drills, there will be no teams and no scrimmages or games.

Participants Registered in the First Half of the Season

For those members who were registered in our first half and  had potentially one week left a formula has been created to ensure if any sessions were remaining that we would be able to offer a refund for that week for each team and then to the player.

Those that were in House league were scheduled to have 15 skates, MD and Mustangs were allotted 20 skates, (Evaluation skates are included) in the counts. Refund equals @ S10.00/player/ice allotment.

MD/Mustang teams will be reimbursed @10.00 per player/ice allotment- unless already refunded through the team.

Participants Registered in the Second half to commence January 4th, 2021

For those registered for our second half which would have started January 4, 2021 you will be refunded all fees.

REFUNDS

For us to process refunds it all must be done individually, we ask all our members to be patient through this process.   All refunds should be completed by February 15th at the latest. Please note if you paid by E-transfer those funds will be returned by cheque and mailed out, if you paid by credit card- those funds will be returned by credit card.

Please note eligibility for refund may be affected by any funding received through the association.

Thanks so much for your understanding
