This is your friendly reminder that all families wanting to attend our AGM must fill out this form prior to Sunday August 1, 2021 We need to have our numbers in to the Portuguese club for the MHU purposes as well prepare for the day of the AGM .
If you are planning to attend the AGM this is your entry - We will not accept walk ups on the day of the AGM This form must be filled out.
