Hello Parents,
Privit is a software program that will hold all of our medical information for our players.  The Registrars will all have access to this and we are still implementing the program in stages.   Right now the goal is to get all of our players registered with Privit.  Many of you have already created a registration page,  please ensure that your page is upto date that all fields are green with 100 percent completed.

If you haven't completed the online version and did a paper copy this season please ensure that you take the opportunity to read the instructions on how to do this and there is also a how to video created for parents.

Our next part of installing this program within the Bandits is to have all members registered so that  when registration comes up in May, all parents have to do is log in and confirm no changes and sign off on your child's rowans form.

The rowans form is mandated by OHF and we are trying to make this as painless as possible for all of our members.   A digital way is the best way to store it from year to year that way if we are audited then it's housed.  This coming season the medical form will also be stored on this program but until all registrants are registered we are unable to add these features.  Parents can load their concussion reports from doctors on here its' that simple and easy.
