Name Bars

I just sent out an email about name bars, we are aloud to put the kids names on sweaters this year, this is an all or nothing decision meaning all players must say yes to having a name attached to the sweater or were not going ahead this this. I would like to drop off the jerseys ASAP it will take a few days to complete. The cost is $15 per player please let me know either way if you want your son/daughters name on their backs, It could be a nick-name if you prefer, Peranis will put them on and take them off at the end of the season us me.
