Awesome Start!
Hello players and families,
The team is working hard in practices and it is showing in our games. It has been a fun beginning to the season: Gibby is shutting the door, and our players are helping him protect the house. Each player has improved already and will continue to improve throughout the season.
A few things I want to pass along:
-The "family mentality" is obvious to see among the players. Just from listening to the conversations on the bench, hearing "sorry for the bad pass", "naw its ok I was in the wrong spot I'm sorry too", really shows everyone is learning to be respectful teammates and hockey players.
-Everyone in the rink has been able to see that we are a hard working team! I love being able to push each player to their full potential and I expect to see the same effort for each practice and game!
-Please make sure to be at the rink 40 minutes prior to the game :)
