A Great Weekend of cujo cup Action
The boys where all excited for our first big overnight tournament of the season as we hit the Highway towards Newmarket home of the biggest Minor novice tournament in the
Province 32 teams in all .
Our first game we where playing the Barrie Colts we controlled most of the play and Badly outshot the colts but the bounces did not go our way and we lost 6 to 5 . We needed to regroup for game two and that's what the boys did coming out and taking it to the Petes 13 to nothing . Game 3 we faced off against West Seneca out of the USA we where ready to battle and fought hard for a 4 to 2 victory . Heading into game 4 Saturday we knew a win would put us in the Diamond finals with 32 teams that would of been a big Accomplishment . We hit the ice and the Boys did not Disappoint beating a very good Halton Hills team . There we where playing in another Sunday tournament Final our fourth of the season so the boys knew what had to be done . The only thing standing in our way where a very strong Credit Valley team .
This was by Far our best team game of the season , everyone showed up to play and we controlled the game from start to finish . As Coaches we where so Proud of the way the boys played a Team effort , We came together for one of those special moments when everything that was asked was done .
